When a consultation helps
- A notice has arrived — legal notice, show-cause, or summons — and a reply has a deadline.
- A bank account is frozen or lien-marked in a cyber-complaint matter.
- Someone in the family has been arrested, or arrest is apprehended.
- An employment, maintenance or property question needs a clear read before the next step.
What happens in the 30 minutes
- You share the documents and a few lines in advance — they are read before the call.
- The call covers your actual position, the realistic routes, and their costs.
- You end with a concrete next step in writing — even if that step is "do nothing".

Consultation options
Consultation — ₹1,500
An advisory consultation of up to 30 minutes, by telephone or video, on the facts of the matter. Suitable, among other things, for questions concerning a bank account freeze or lien, a notice received, or a maintenance or employment query.
Same-day consultation — ₹2,500
For matters that cannot wait — an arrest in the family, a frozen account stopping payroll, a notice with an imminent deadline. The same 30-minute advisory consultation, scheduled today, with documents reviewed before the call.
Document review with written note — ₹3,500
Review of a document such as a freeze communication, legal notice, settlement statement or order, with a written note setting out the issues and the position, and a short call to discuss it.

Frequently asked questions
What are the consultation fees?
The advisory consultation fee is ₹1,500 for up to 30 minutes, or ₹2,500 for a same-day priority slot. A document review with a written note is ₹3,500. A set of self-help procedural formats is ₹499. Fees for any further professional engagement are discussed and agreed separately.
Are consultations available for low-value matters?
Yes. Advisory consultations and the self-help formats are available for low-value matters where formal litigation may not be proportionate to the sum involved.
Is the consultation fee adjusted against further engagement?
Where a matter proceeds to a formal engagement, the consultation fee is adjusted against the first invoice, on terms agreed in the engagement.
How is the fee paid?
After the details of the matter are received, a payment link and a confirmed time are shared. Self-help formats are sent by email on receipt of the fee.
